UGGGH I CAN'T REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I WAS THIS PISSED OFF

OK, SO I GET A BILL IN THE MAIL TODAY TELLING ME MY COMCAST PAYMENT IS OVERDUE

FUNNY THING IS, I'M SET UP TO AUTOPAY AND IT'S WORKED SO FAR. SO I GO ONLINE TO LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT AND IT SAYS:

Payment Due Date AUTOPAY $ 59.98

AUTO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE ON 10/09/08OK, SO THE PROBLEM IS ( Read more... )

Comcast fucking blows balls in general.

Switch to AT&T. You get free monies out of it.

that's weird, i forgot to pay my comcast bill once and they sent me a reminder but didn't charge me a late fee, let alone a late fee after one day

I actually worked this out by talking to someone competent online. POWER OF THE INTERNET!

If/When I do cancel my internet I'll probably just do that again. It's so much less of a headache and the "operators" are smarter...
