I did go ahead and apply for a mod post. The community is just going to keep getting bigger now that the TV show is so popular and I really would like the spirit of the community to remain the same.

And I'm sorry you won't be modding it up with me, but I completely get your reasoning. After I owned the ToH that one time, it was difficult to step out of it. But modding is awesome too, in case you ever change your mind. :)
