They are of the childish sort that after you "said' something, they continued to do it? The real question is how long you plan to stay at the complex--if you just signed your lease, go ahead and get management to paint you a handicapped place.

No, I had only just left MY note on thier cars a little bit before I made the original post Sunday night. So it remains to be seen if the message sunk in or not. I was hoping to embarrass/shame them enough with what I said that the 'problem' will stop happening. My lease is coming due, I moved-in last August, and I REALLY don't feel like packing up AGAIN and finding a new place to live. I've moved every year for the past 3 years and I just don't want to do it again. Although I may find that attitude changing. NOT becasue of these jerks, I can happily stick around and make their lives hell, but because the complex was sold recently effective as of June 29th. If they make enough changes in rent/utilities (raise rent, charge more for utilities, etc) I may decide someplace else is worth going to. And yes, I have FULLY researched the current 2006 City and State laws concerning handicap parking for both public and PRIVATE parking. Basically, Euless has 'adopted' ALL of the state laws and regulations.
Yes, I am still more on the tollerant side of things than you are. Which is not always a good thing. Although Sunday night I was using stronger language than you did in your post. ;-)
I did find one thing in my research that you might like. It's a neat little notice that can be left on a windshield 'alerting' the owner/driver of the vehicle they are illegally parked in a handicap space. Technically, it's for a particular city (Irving if I remember right) but I was able to edit the text line at the bottom of it to remove reference to the particular city so it looks like it from the state of Texas.
