im sick.yay. my first new years not partying with friends but it will atleast be spent with my son and husband :)

So we are really chipping away at our to do list. I have 1 more coat of paint to do on our stairs. It was the cheaper way of sprucing things up since we can't afford to cap the stairs @ 100 bucks a step. Since my style is really shabby chic style, it fits. my brother has been asking about me and my son. secretly...its nice to know he thinks about us. He says he wants to be an uncle my son can be proud of. he wants to get to know him. too bad he won't do the work to meet my terms to allow him back in my life. MY terms. Not his. I am not budging. Its nice to know though.

we are getting pounded.
