Do you have a paypal or something for someone who's several states away? I love the key charm set (earings & necklace). I know we don't know each other well, but I'd really like to help out in some way. Let me know. :)
Yes I have a paypal account - kittnslave at Yahoo dot com
and I don't mind shipping it out - I love making the jewelery :) And I think I have two different key sets -one that is hematite with all keys (bracelet, necklace and earings) and another that is a hematite with key and heart set.
I guess send me the link for which one you like the best and I will go through all my finished pieces and find it :) I have some padded envelopes still so sending it should be fairly easy - price wise I think it will most likely be a dollar or two for shipping but I am not positive (it has been a while since I shipped anything more than a letter)
Have you applied for WIC? (Women with Infants and Children) http://www.oregon.gov/DHS/ph/wic/countyinfo.shtml Call the office near you ASAP for money for diapers, food, and other household supplies (like toilet paper.)
They cannot shut off the electricity on a house with children in it if the temps get below a certain level. Make sure they know you have a newborn in the house.
I know it means a lot of washing but cloth diapers do end up being cheaper in the long run. Look online and find patterns for making diapers out of cloth scraps.
Also, while it's not something you may want to consider just yet, if your daughter is disabled she may be able to receive money from federal or state programs to help you care for her.
I am on WIC and thier vouchers are amaing - between that and foodstamps we are able to eat really well, but I haven't found a program that helps with diapers, and household needs like toilet paper and shampoo and soap
( ... )
Have you tried a local food bank, charity organization? I got lots of these things from such places when I was dirt poor. Now I am just working poor--so I can meet my basic needs and nothing else.
I know St Vincent De Pauls sometimes does electricity support. Also I think that PGE has a program for poor individuals, you just have to qualify for food stamps. Which you might having three kids and one working family member. Do you have WIC?
 We got it all worked out for the electricity, and a friend brought over some toliet paper and a pack of diapers to help out. And I decieded to set up an Etsy account for my jewelry :) I just feel so bad that I am not able to contribute financially
