Alrighty folks, I'm feeling a little discouraged here.

A month ago I posted about doing new layouts, contests, themed posts, swaps, and referral rewards.

Now that a month has gone by, I can say:

[x] 3 people participated in the swap, though I have no idea if anything was shipped or received.
[x] 0 people participated in the photo contest.

I missed it too, I guess.

I joined when the community allready was pretty dead. Too bad, because I honestly have no idea who everybody is. :(

Right now, I'm the only maintainer. The old maintainer got busy and let the place lapse, and I had to track her down and get her to give me the okay - And she deleted her journal and moved on shortly after.

But I'm going to try to put together a small team of helpers to get this place a little more lively. :)

I was about to leave the community before you showed up to put some love in it, honestly. :( Not that I'm super-active on LJ or anything, but most of my communities have died, and I'd enjoy participating in things like the swap to pick them back up and make them less like message boards. Of course, if people aren't paying attention anymore, I don't know what's to be done... large ugly blinky gifs?

I have my item done for my trade partner. I just have been busy with getting back from being out of town. It's going in the mail today ^_^. Hope that makes you feel a bit better.
