I used to believe the universe was basically hostile. And that I was misplaced in it, I was different from it. . . fashioned in some other universe and placed here, you see. So that it zigged while I zagged. And that it had singled me out only because there was something weird about me. I didn't really groove with the universe.

I got into JET this week. This means I'll be leaving at the beginning of August to spend the next year teaching English in Japan. :)

Winged Nation, the poetry magazine I had work accepted in last semester, came out today. I'm horribly disappointed.

Spent my night updating the Mac Users' Resource Megapost after a run-in with a switcher on macintosh. It's chock-full of new goodness: more essential apps, more of my favorite freeware, a new shareware section, best places to search for new software, and an explanation of user agent spoofing for niche browsers.
