Saturday and Sunday I had the food-raiser I had planned for the local food bank - I WAY overdid it. I pushed myself far too hard. I'm paying for it today, though. I went for a massage at Revitalize - which is lovely, because I DESERVE a spa break, lol - and got a really nice work over, but I needed to rest. Sooooo.... I am down 18.8lbs in three days.
Still feeling really good! Not hungry other than when its time to actually EAT, lol. But thirsty. Very, very thirsty.
