In other news, here's a handy cooking tip:

When scalloping potatoes, use heaps of seeded mustard.

Seeded mustard is fabulous with potatoes. I make a kickass (well, I nicked it from Stephanie Alexander) potato salad with boiled potatoes, bacon, sour cream, dijon and seeded mustard and balsamic vinegar.

I recently got myself off whole egg mayonnaise. I was going through nearly a kilo in less than a fortnight. Mustarddiction can't be nearly as bad I reckon, and it's well tasty. Bit like me really.
