I was told to stay away from Sovereign Real Estate, by a friend who's in litigation with them. But then again, I went with Stein Perry which has an excellent reputation, and I'm pretty sure everybody but me knew there were mice here and neither told me nor did anything about it.

Sorry to hear you have to move again, but I do think you'll be able to find a place that's just as nice, or nice in different ways.

As far as moving elsewhere, if you're serious I'd totally say London, in your case. Except that it's more expensive.
