我想我还算的上是一个不笨的人吧。今天下午在和同学聊天。他们上个学期和我在同一个课上，可是他们的成绩没有我的好。这倒是让我惊讶了。我原以为native speaker的成绩一定会比Non-native的好。我想我现在慢慢的感到欣慰，因为我觉得自己现在比以前要wise，看问题也有不同的变化。

无可奈何的寂寞。

我原本是打算今天晚上准备功课的，可是星期五的晚上实在是很难坐下来看书。放上林亿莲的《伤痕》，很久没有听了的一盘磁带，是我上大学的时候买的。我曾经是一个欣赏寂寞的人，大概是因为在中国的时候周围的人太多，反倒很珍惜独处的时间了。来了美国，便不一样了。浮燥的心没有沉下来。其实还是应该保持我平平安安悠然的心的。

想起了Carpenters 的《昔日重现》。那一个夏天。为自己而感动。

watched 60 minutes on CBS tonight. there is one about this gay bishop at New Hampshire. It's interesting to see the diversity in the US, i mean from the ruling at Boston, to the anti-gay marriage from the conservatives, and the actions up at SF. The US is a very interesting place.

I did a presentation yesterday. I was stressed out because of it. I finished my paper four hours before the presentation, and couldn't print it out for some reasons. So I did the presentation based on my "fact sheet." I thought it was bad because I had to do it in English in front of everyone and it contains information like validity and ( Read more... )

It's Friday night. I am very tird and relieved. And I decide to sit here and read for my Second Language Acquisition class and hopefully I could finish my reaction paper tonight.
