 I realized I have not posted much recently. That is because life sucks and continues to get worse. No point in bringing everyone down. No point in documenting stuff I will never want to remember.

 These days, that is more than I expect, or really, want. But it is what it is.

So, here is the deal. This year didn't happen. You may think it did. And I suppose, maybe it did, for you. But I am officially renouncing the year 2007. It is possible that something good happened this year. At this moment, I can't think of one single thing. My uncle died this evening. So, I got bit by a spider several years ago. Probably 3. I didn't go to the doctor because, well, because I don't. I fought off the infection, and was rewarded with a nice, scar tissue built up, 2 inch bump on my lower back. It never bothered me ( Read more... )

I am headed to Colorado Springs this weekend. My uncle is very ill, and my brother and I will be going for what will probably be our last visit. I need more loss in my life, really. Pile it on God. I can handle it. Except, I can't.

The following weekend Shane and I are headed up for the RW WM/DM. It will be good to see people, including my family.
