Yep, the fierce man is 76 today. I love my dad, even though I know he's not perfect. He has always encouraged me to be myself, and has pretty much let me do my own thing since I was about 16. I went to a great conference today at work with a fellow named Michael Stone (see website below). We were learning and discussing the concept of mindfulness, specifically as it related to our clinical practice, but there were a lot of exercises we did that I found personally helpful.
