Activision has responded to The Association for American Indian Development's petition, which demands a product recall (and edit) of Gun on the grounds that the game inaccurately depicts the Apache people using degrading and harmful content. The publisher issued this brief statement:

i'm in game limbo. i don't have any games i really want to play, although i came across Fate, a blatant Diablo II clone, which looks okay. i just browsed through all the demos on steam and got the ones which looked interesting. i shall report back soon.

Diablo 3 cannot ever be made. everything evil is already dead. the lords of terror, destruction, and whatever diablo was lord of (violence?) are gone. it. is. all. done. 

Violence is officially the answer.

incidentally, someone solved checkers a while ago. it's called chinook, and it either wins or ties. it cannot lose.
