Day One
ABC fast here we go. 500 cal limit today, so far had:
Smoothie - mixed berries, 1/2 banana, flaxseed oil, unsweetened almond milk (230 cals)
Need to stop being so lazy and get myself to the gym.
Update:
Definitely went over 500 today, damnit. All in all about 723. I guess it could be worse, I just wish I didn't feel so huge.
