See the Kevin Drum post here. I would say that Drum's "WTF?" over a Russian general threatening a military strike if the US and NATO continue with anti-ballistic missile defense plans is appropriate. I think I've figured out how Japan is going to replace the electricity from its troubled nuclear plants. They're going to do really goofy things with the Cthulhu Mythos and then harness the energy generated from H. P. Lovecraft spinning in his grave.
