So I was sitting around doing computer things and watching the news and the thought came to my mind that I was bored with this "reality" and wanted to leave. I felt a bit like I did one time when I was in a dream and decided to just stand up and walk out of it, thus waking up.

Group Mind
I have perhaps an excessive dislike/hatred of the idea of a "group mind" or "hive mind." The idea of losing one's individuality into linked whole. Often those settings are viewed negatively ("We are the Borg.") but sometimes writers portray this as desireable, a Good Thing, what Humanity is and should be evolving towards. Seasonal Ills?
Well, maybe. I appear to have some kind of cold or maybe flu (shouldn't have the latter as I had my shot, but still could be that) which is making me stuffed up with a sore throat and mental fuzziness. Annoying, and keeping me at home. I had a little bit of symptoms Saturday but on Sunday the mental collapsiness hit.
