Well, the summer ended pretty quickly...and alas, it doesn't end on a very positive note health-wise. Tomorrow's my appointment...hopefully it doesn't take too long and is as painless as possible. Today I bought a package of Quaker brand granola bars....so I'm about to open them tonight because I'm hungry......open the package and look in -- 5 bars...look on front of package "6 bars"......Bastards!!! Hahaha.
