.It's not what I usually do...but today, I shut out the world for 2 hrs by crawling underneath my covers and having a nap. I loaded on the blankets, making sure that I was warm and cozy and almost smothered, then I fell asleep

i like to believe that naps cure more than they set back. i did the exact same things today. i'm behind, but i think it helped. i think sad music can make you more upset when you're already sad, but happy music makes you feel worse. try to keep smiling, hope your spirits are up soon. <33
i just wanted to let you know that i believe that there was a reason for our friendship, i don't think it's any mistake that you are able to give me advice on a situation that you have been through already. i think of you as angel in these times. i'm sorry you feel sad, but know that you've made me very hopeful and peaceful. and continue to take naps, maybe your mind needs a rest. <3 Liz
