Look it up on allrecipes.com.

I am personally frightened by cornish hens. We had them for thanksgiving once and they look way too much like an animal for me to enjoy.

Sigma Nu at Miami used to make one for each member of the chapter for their Viking party and have each guy eat a whole one before the party started.

What exactly is it, anyway? Is it just a small breed of chicken, or a different species altogether?

Eh, I'm not a huge fish fan. Although, I have been eating more of it lately. It's just a matter of eating it more often and I'll start liking it. The problem with fish is that I have never actually cooked it myself before, so I don't really know how to prepare it or know how long it takes or when to know it's done. I guess it can't be all that hard though.

food.com, sir. or allrecipes.com.

fish is good. salmon especially. and tilapia is an easy one that you can flavor like anything, sort of like tofu. it's a mild fish, and doesn't taste fishy.
