I atually haven;t found it common to have an ultrasound at the appt. Only when I went private with my first did I have an u's at the appts. With my next three, I was sentto a mirpaah. That being said, I have a great OB on meuhedet that gives you the time you need but again, he doesn't do an us

I didn't get an U/S till 12 weeks then 20 then 32.

I thought it was weird I didn't get one at first visit

In the US you don't generally get an u/s till week 20.

i'm surprised she waited so long for her first OB visit - is that standard in israeL?
I always make an appointment when I first find out i'm pregnant and then have it like a week later - think 5-7 weeks. Also, my OB does a sonogram pretty much the first few weeks to verify due date. it's so exciting :) enjoy!

My regular OB is on maternity leave, and I didn't like the guy I went to, so now I'm stuck. Let me know if you find a good one.
