Today I worked with a French baker who specializes in laminated dough products (puff pastries, croissants, etc.) It was interesting to work with him and see how he thinks of the dough on a smaller scale. Do you want to know my biggest surprise about what they are eating over here? Salsa. There is salsa on everything. McDonald's has a salsa burger and a salsa chicken sandwich.
