Today was a bad day. It started last night with things at work blowing up. I got enough sleep this morning to justify me keeping my afternoon meetings which added significantly to my work stress. I teeth are sore from grinding them

Stick with the running. It's good for what ails you. You will definitely benefit physically, and I would hope mentally. If you do run in the Fig Leaf, take some friends if you can. Something like that is always good for some laughs. Everyone will have a ball.

Since you're into wine, try a bottle Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio.

Many thanks for the post friend. I knew I should have turned on the IP capture option ;-) . I'm already a fan of Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio, but I'm convinced I can find a good wine for $12 vs. $30.
