I'm glad you are excited about it. 2 months is plenty of time to get ready. I have a SLOW pace (10 min miles) so if you hold that, you will be just fine. The only problem is, the course is hilly. We should meet up a week before and see how close our paces are (it will also serve to remind us that we are going to run this damn thing).
Have you managed to talk the BF into running with us? Know where we can scrape up some more LJers? I think it would be great to have an entire LJ running pack.

as far as my pace goes i'm pretty damn slow. i dont time myself but i'm getting a pedometer so i can. the places where i run are trails so i cant drive it to see the milage. its a little bit hilly too. there's a trail i havent done yet because it's nothing but up. sounds like i'm gonna have to do it if i want to be ready.
get more LJers? we could go into some of the Atlanta communities. I've never shecked them out but we could post a little something to spread the word.
what part of atl r u in? we can see where would be a good place to meet to run. it will have to be in april. work is about to be real hectic for me until the end of march. i'll see if bf is up for it.
