You've all probably had to call someplace where you had to listen to a half hour of automated system prompts to get anything done. Let me tell you something - the people you finally talk to when you get through that system are just as frustrated with it as you are, because all day long what do they hear? "Oh lord, I hate your automated system,

I hate those menu systems, but I never flip out on people about it. I always try to be nice to people who work in these places. I know they're only trying to help, & after listening to my mom tear every poor person she's talked to a new one, I always try to help & thank them when I'm done.
