Saturday I went over to my grandma's house, because they're finally back from Alaska. They made me lasagna and they had presents for me! I got a pretty bracelet and a neat necklace and some cookie cutter things, and an MP3 player! I'm listning to it right now, it's exactly what I wanted... work is so much nicer with musical escape.

This was a retarded entry at one point in time, so I am now overwriting it.

Today was busier than I have ever seen it. I guess a combo of it being the first of the month, the holiday coming, and the middle of high bill season probably helped. All the way up until about 5:30 the calls in queue did not drop below twenty. And the day just flew by...

Nothing happened today. It's been slow, I didn't have any weird calls (well actually I had one weird call but it's not journal-worthy) and... well it's a Thursday really. What could I expect?

So I had a call today from a woman who was angry that she was charged a late fee of $3. My company recently decided that an account whose monthly payment was made later than nine days after the due date should be assessed a late charge regardless of whether the customer had a payment arrangement because it is technically still late.
