y'know, i think you got the spices exactly the same as what comes in a taco mix. more chili pepper instead of cayenne, perhaps, but the same- and less salt, which is all for the good.

mmm. LOVE nectarines. mum is canning peaches a friend brought her from the okanagan.

The seasoning packets are generally really salty. I didn't have any chili pepper, which was why the cayenne went in. I think I mom and dad have a container of "taco seasoning" that I might steal and drag home with me when I'm there tomorrow :)

I loved the wraps! They were so good the next day with all the flavours and veggies melded together. The avacado and sour cream really do a good job of tying everything together.

This is pretty much what I make when I buy the pre-cooked chicken and make wraps, too. Only with the chicken I will usually put a little bit of ranch dressing instead of sour cream, and no tomatoes :)
