that sammich looks delicious!!!! I'm going to have to try this next time Dean cooks flank steak. We usually either do flank steak or blade steak (because it's cheap) but ribeye is also my favourite, and it's what I always order at Gotham when we go there for special steak dinners.
Really good with tomato, too! I don't actually put the top slice of bread in the oven at all so it stays really soft and poofy, so if I have veggies on the sandwich I just put them on that part of the bread and when you join the top part to the bottom melty part it all melds together :)
