I just realized that I dont have a suitcase. how did this happen?

TWO WEEKS UNTIL BRANDYN IS HERE. i can't even put into words how i feel. i think my heart may explode though.

Today at work I got really dizzy and lightheaded.
I had gone a week without this happening.
starting all over again.
The left side of my body is tingling/aches.
my left arm and leg.
It's always the left side.
this isn't normal?

I can't seem to fall asleep without taking cold medicine. Somehow this can't be good for me.

Can we fast forward the next month and a half please?
