So, you title an episode, "Burn Out," and tell me that you've got Grissom going up against a pedophile, having already told me that Grissom will be taking a sabbatical from the lab in five episodes.

I know it's too much to ask you to actually follow-through with all the Grissom!angst regarding child abuse and actually pay it off.

But a girl can hope.

I'm also trying to sort out episode order. Tonight is Burn Out, as you say. Is next week the one with Greg's inquest for the death of that perp? And then week before Thanksgiving would be Leaving Las Vegas, which is when Grissom actually tells the team he's leaving. Somehow, I thought that Gil's last show for a while was November 30, but that doesn't work out right. ???

I know that "Leaving Las Vegas" is the eleventh episode of the season, and "Burn Out" is number six. Next week is "Post Mortem," which will be Greg!angst. So we've got a couple more episodes before Gil books it out of here. I know that one of them, at least, will bring back the minature crime scene killer.

I read on CSI Files that Leaving Las vegas will air on dec 7th, I am wondering if Gil takes time off because of health problems, because in tonights show, at the end, he had a headache and put his hand on his chest? and I think next weeks show has the minature crime scene killer.

I thought today's show was great
