Wow, that was actually really understandable! The closest guy does not get 2U+||, but that's okay.

The port is still open; the server just happens to be dealing with some major (hee hee) internal data reorganization. But the port is definitely not blocked, and the server will enjoy a nice long data exchange sometime.

sadly I also understood this.. after a rereading this morning... (I wasn't aware that we were in a recount mode because I thought Allen had already won) and now it makes COMPLETE sense... minus teh 2U + || part.... and I'm like WHOA not confused....It scares me lol

I left about 10 hidden meanings in the part above the line... did you get them all? oh... the 2U + || thing was REALLY obsure, but that was meant to be a challenge. I'll give you a hint, I only meant the stuff in the parentheses to correspond to ||. And another, the '+' really is connecting stuff.
