Done with first class!
I just had my final for my first class here, which was soooo easy. I overstudied, like always. We had fifteen short answer questions, where we only had to jot down the answers (not even in sentences), then go in to talk to my prof for about three minutes (i was pretty late in line, we drew numbers, so by the time i went he was tired of asking ( Read more... ) -
More Boring Journal Entries
This week has been a lot of field work, getting down and dirty. So far, I've taken two ticks of myself (at least they don't have lyme disease here ....only anaplasmosis, oh well). Although I've enjoyed all of the hands on work I've been able to do in this class, I'm really excited to move on to the exotics class. I was actually surprised how ( Read more... ) -

This weekend was awesome... all i have to say is cave tubing, panty rippers (that's the name of a mixed drink, i swear!), reggae concert, and skinny dipping (even though i didn't get to go zip-lining or repelling, that's ok).

So, class started today. The first class I have is "Exploring Animal Health and Disease", which is about 5 days in class (including today) and 5 days out on farms and food processing places.
