Well this week has been good. The boss and 2IC were on holidays still and I was able to meet the new people at work, clear my back log of emails, sort out the boss' conference and start on some of my own stuff. They whole team should be back tomorrow, so it should be good ( Read more... )

Only a few more days and Gene is off to her Nan and Pop's place for the last part of her school holidays. Since the cost of the flights are the same as holiday care, we think it's a wonderful opportunity for her to spend time with them and it gives us some time to be a couple for a bit, just as long as we don't work insane hours again (like last ( Read more... )
