Cost Effectiveness

A colleague of mine told me she didn't think my knitting was cost effective.  I think she may have missed the point.  What price can you put on a lovingly crafted gift given to someone you know will appreciate it; or the joy of wearing something you have designed and made yourself?  I will be continuing with my knitting despite it's lack of

If you want to give her a reality check, direct her to the most exclusive designer boutique in the area and suggest she enquire about the price tag on a one off, bespoke, made to order piece of knitwear...

After they wake her up with smelling salts she might be a bit more respectful of hand crafted creations.
