I may have just found the best & quickest dairy free cream sauce for pasta ever.
melt some goats butter or other alternative, add a few splashes of oat milk and a good few squeezes of mushroom yeast pate - stir together and toss in pasta. Add salt and pepper. Serve.
*Edit* May add a few chilli flakes next time and a bit of garlic. -
