The media's portrayal of sex has been one of my greater peeves for quite a long time. If the extent of false advertising doesn't get to you, the quantity of it certainly ought to. And thanks to commercials regardless of watching it's virtually inescapable.

I am reminded of the Calvin and Hobbes strip where Calvin explains that commercials seggust that the kind of cola he's holding a can of improves your sex appeal. Calvin then downs the can loudly and belches, prompting a sarcastic comment from Hobbes.
