Normally I would say that more eloquently and politely, but that does accurately reflect my reaction while reading your post.

I have been DYING to visit the big redwood national park area up north... you interested? Or I'm sure there's something we can do. I can get a car and meet you somewhere...

I just really want to see you already. I've found that seeing each other finally is a vital ingredient in getting a friendhip rolling again.

That sounds fun, though. And when is the Mudd thing? I think I might actually go... I had discussed it with Bastard. He seems to think that no one will notice that I didn't graduate. Ha ha!

Heh. Don't worry, you're already at the top of the list of "people to see while up in the bay area." I've just finished reading a book about the big trees in Redwood National Park. Will definitely be stopping by, but first on the trip between the bay area and Northern CA will be at least a week in Point Reyes. I want to spend more time there than just a week, but I'm afraid that's all that it's going to be this trip.

I think you should come to the Mudd reunion. It's the first weekend in May. The 2nd-5th, I believe.

Sort of. But it's a long post and I've haven't got time right now. I'll write up the current plan for 2008 at some point this week.

Yo, occasionally-on-the-podcast-lady! As JHo could attest, we have a very nice second bed, in town, and not too terribly difficult street parking (just not on Sunday morning). You come visit, yes? I have some vacation time, so I could take you to the market or UW. Except you kinda know those, don't you. Well... still. (We'll also be at the Mudd thing.)

You mean the This Week in Science Podcast? I've got a couple more interviews from Australia and New Zealand that I need to edit for that.

I had a piece on there this last Tuesday. They made fun of me again for being homeless. I don't mind as long as they plug the website. :)
