What is there available in your worlds to cease sleep, or at least dreaming.

I will pay ANY price.

This is bad. Very bad.
How am I supposed to DO anything when I can't even....
I will pay anything, anything, to have a night of uninterrupted sleep.

I either need a stronger sleeping medicine - or a medicine that won't let me sleep at all. Do any of you have suggestions?
