Inoo huffed and stomped away. Doesn't Rui understand that it is tough for him to go out with her openly? He is a Johnny's idol after all. Though he is allowed to date, it is annoying if he was recognised. Fangirls will flock over and Rui will be hounded by paparazzi. Is she dropped on the head when she was born or what? She has been wise about this normally, but now. Bringing him to her senior prom? This is ridiculous. He quickened his footsteps. Unseen by him, another figure is huffing away just as angrily in another direction, behind him.
Rui
Rui is angry. After Inoo left her alone on the park bench, she kicked a tree and realised what a bad decision that was. Now, not only her boyfriend is an idiot, her big toe throbbed with pain. All she did was telling the prom committee that she will bring her boyfriend as her date for the senior prom. What's wrong with that? She knows that Inoo hates being hounded by the paparazzi and tried to shield her from it by not announcing their relationship. But this is prom. It's a school private event. He can choose to turn up with a mask. Many has decided to dressed up as if it's a masquerade ball. Many of her classmate has famous boyfriends and girlfriends. A couple of her friends are dating members of AKB48. Another is dating Kyomoto Taiga of Johnny's. Hell, Chinen, Yuto and Yamada are her classmates and all of JUMP knows that they are dating. Even if he is recognised, nothing much will happen, right? Not that he isn't allowed to date. Forget it. I shall go without a date. Rui stalked off in the opposite direction.

Inoo woke up feeling bad. Yesterday was their first fight. Well, she just wanna show me off. Fine, I shall go. Horikoshi events are usually private. Plus, I've never been to a senior prom. Worst come to worst, I shall play around with Chii, Yuto and Yamachan. Inoo went to the toilet to brush his teeth and took a shower. Before he dried his hair, he grabbed his phone to send a text to Rui.
Rui chan~ I shall go with you to your senior prom, okay? Love you -Kei

Rui was just thinking of texting Inoo when her phone vibrates in her hand. Startled, she pressed to read the message. She smiled. How can anyone stay angry at Kei? He's such a sweetie! She pressed reply.
Kei chan~ Mmm... Shall we meet up? Love you, too. -Rui
His reply is quick.
I'm sorry, dear, but I have a magazine photo shoot and interview this afternoon and have dance practice afterwards until evening. Tonight for dinner? Dress fancy, I will book a place in a restaurant. -Kei
Rui sighed. He always wants to bring her to some high class restaurants. They aren't cheap! She tried protesting, but he kept insisting. Oh well. She sent a quick text saying that she will.

"Thank you!!" JUMP greeted the staff before leaving.
"Ah, we have 2 more hours until the practice. Let's go walk around at the shopping mall!! suggested Hikaru. Everyone nodded and started splitting themselves up. Chinen, Yuto and Yamada decided to go and browse for things for their senior prom. Yabu dragged Hikaru and Keito off to look at guitars. Ryutaro went to look at electronic gadgets while Daiki decided to go shop for clothes. Takaki, claiming that he is tired, decided to go for a massage. Inoo is left alone. And so, he decided to buy gifts for Rui. He bought a set of couple teddy bears and a hair ribbon. Seeing a shop selling unauthorised Johnny's merchandise, he lowered his hat and bought his own uchiwa.
He met the others at the dance studio at the agreed upon time. During their break time, Inoo poured water for everyone.
"Inoo chan, you seemed to be energetic today," said Keito. Inoo merely grinned.
"Meeting Rui chan later?" asked Takaki. Inoo nodded happily.

Inoo rushed up the steps into the restaurant. He gave his name to the usher and he is brought to his table. Rui is already seated there. Before she saw him, he quickly ducked aside and borrowed a Sharpie from the counter. He quickly autographed on the uchiwa and headed to the table. Rui's face lit up when she saw him. Inoo sat down. "I'm sorry, Rui, Yabu lost his socks and made us all stayed to help him look for it." "It's okay. I've only just got here anyway." They quickly placed their orders. Once the waiter left them, Inoo drew out the uchiwa and the teddy bears and push them across the table. "For you."
Rui took them and inspected the uchiwa closely. "This isn't an official merchandise!" Rui shot Inoo a playful accusing glare.
Inoo shrugged, "Why would you need an official one? You have the one and only Inoo Kei in the world." Inoo took her hand and gave her a smile that kills people, a smile that only Johnny's can do. Though she is used to it, Rui can't help but felt her breath getting knocked out of her. Smiling back, she gave Inoo's fingers a gentle squeeze and continue inspecting the teddy bears, "Thank you, Kei. You're always spending money on me. I do hope that being an idol earns enough for all these."
Inoo played with her fingers. "Even if I earn pennies, I'll still spend them on you." Rui scowled. "What a waste of money. And your way of talking is so.... flirty. Is it a Johnny's thing or what?"
Inoo laughed. "We aren't allowed to debut until we are able to charm our way through an obaachan." Seeing Rui glaring a him, Inoo raised his hands in mock surrender. "I was joking! Can't you tell?" Rui squeezed Inoo's fingers hard and smiled sweetly,"Me too, my dear."
Looking at each other, they can't help but laugh.

"Let me walk you home."
Rui nodded and linked her arms with her boyfriend. Trotting along happily, she didn't realised that Inoo isn't taking the route home until the stop in a garden. Rui blinked. "Why are we here, Kei?"
Inoo shushed her and unravelled his iPod earphones. Handing Rui one side, he puts the other side in to his ear. Rui put it into her ear and waited for the music. Inoo wrapped an arm around her shoulders and whispered,"Let's go home from here." Then, he clicked on the song he wanted.

Inoo stopped in his tracks. Jolted, Rui finds herself in front of her house. Inoo turned her to face him. "Kimi ga saigo no kissu itsumademo" he sang quietly. He leaned down and close the gap between their lips and kissed her. Rui closed her eyes, wrapped her arms around Inoo and kissed him back.
When they parted, they gaze into each other's eyes. Inoo kissed her forehead and whispered,"Good night, my love. Sleep tight and dream of me."
Rui burrowed her head into Inoo's chest. "You too. Call me when you get home." She headed into her house and blew Inoo a kiss before shutting it behind her.
Inoo felt happiness swell in his chest. Looking at his iPod, grinning happily like an idiot, he gave his iPod a hard kiss and said,"Arigatou, Tegomass! You two are the best senpai ever! Please sing more songs for me to dedicate to Rui!" He kissed his iPod hard again and skipped his way home.
Under the shadows of a huge tree at the roadside, two figures could be seen slapping each other a high five. Tegoshi Yuya and Masuda Takahisa gave each other a hug and walked home, hand in hand, singing Kiss~ Kaerimichi no Love Song in perfect harmonies.
