I have sufficiently tested this theory in my time here, and it is MUCH more efficient to hold down the handle for 10 or more seconds.  When you see everything going down, you LET UP on the handle.  SIMPLE, HUH?

Donated blood again today.  Though I got my donation in, it was quite an ordeal.

Let me start with this--the lady who worked with me was a BITCH.  My God, she made Nanny look like Mother Theresa!  This woman'd scare a rattlesnake.  Just remember that as I continue.
