The main thing the detention centers will be for is the holding of foreign and domestic terrorists...and domestic terrorists these days semms to be anyone "guilty of sedition" or more recently, holding up an anti-Bush sign at a pro-Bush rally. I swear the Shrub is becoming Nash Coforth.
