I went to Cost Plus today, I needed to get some capers. My main problem with that store is unless I rush in and rush out I end up buying a great many more things than I intended. I tried to make fresh mozzarella yesterday and did not succeed. We carefully followed all the directions and got something like ricotta. After researching the results, it seems that it was the milk at fault. Drat! Well I will try again soon. Also don't buy Trader Joe's pizza dough unless you like bread like crust. I don't! Still it was fun trying. -

WOW, Donna Barr sent me the link to this fantastic Film. It was made in 1926 Germany using paper silhouettes and stop action animation. Fantastic!

I just watched the episode Yankee White again, that is a great episode. Thanks to Mosellegreen for telling me about NCIS. It is still one of my favorite series.
