just made myself a smoothie consisting of:
- 2 oranges
- 1 kiwi
- sugar
- lots of ice cubes

i guess i could have added yoghurt or some milk maybe, but those 4 ingredients did just fine, and it's really refreshing to drink this in the evening to feel full in stead of eating a bunch of cookies like i used to do.
