Forgot I had this thing for a while, I did get a job with some sort of food service company that has a contract with the Point Defiance Zoo which means I work in the cafe by the entrance & do whatever (except cooking, they haven't let me near the grill yet). Strongly considering a 2nd job to achieve full-time hours between the two.

I'm no longer sad about "the incident" aforementioned in my last post, but there is a lingering bitterness over going back there for the teaching program. We'll see what the coming months do for me. I'm trying to get a job as a paraeducator since it pays more than Steamer's and I'm not that fond of a few managers (Me thinks the feeling be mutual ( Read more... )

I'm feeling a little lost... sad... it's complicated and I'm not sure how to explain it other than I won't be continuing the teaching program. It would seem that my typical "self" is not teacher material according to the teaching program's leaders and apparently my academic performance in a couple classes were not up to graduate school standards ( Read more... )
