I have less than a week left before I get off the ship. I'm doing my best to avoid getting into any fights with anyone. I get off the ship on June 1st. I'll be back in the states on the third. I can't wait to be on the land part of earth again. I haven't had much time to update plus we haven't had internet most of the time.

I'm out to sea and I'm watching the movie Antwoine Fisher. If you have ever seen it then you know it's the story of a troubled sailor.The story is set on a ship based out of San Diego. Well I hope none of you out there ever have to get a small pox shot. The whole experience sucks, first they stick you with a neddle 3 times. Then after about 3 days you have this dime sized blister that doesn't go away for another 9 days. Today we skipped ahead into the future one day, not really we just crossed the international date line. So I'm a day ahead of the western hemisphere. Hawaii was a lousy trip for me, we were only there for 3 days. I was sick the first day, I had duty the second day and the third day it rained. So it was a lousy trip. I didn't talk to anyone from home or SD so that was kind of upsetting. Other than that deployment is going well, except for the heat life is good.

We've been gone for a week now and I've been working hard to keep busy. I'm happy to say time is flying, I've got a pretty good routine going. I work from 0730 to 1100 then it's lunch time till 1300, I study or play games or whatever I want then around 1330 I hit the gym for about two hours.
