Matsuri knew that it had to be Aida. She had been waiting for this day for awhile, considering that going to the beach wasn't something that she could do on a regular basis in Suna. But happily she flung open the door to greet her new friend.
"Aida-san! Are you ready!" she said happily. In one hand she carried an inflatable beach ball, in the other she had a towl.

Matsuri was actually completely ready for the whole beach excursion. She was already in her one-piece dark green bathing suit, with a white shawl wrapped around her waist. She smiled happily at Aida, and realized once again, she had no clue where they were going.

"Of course I'm ready~!" Aida chirped, grinning and taking the arm with the towel, waiting while the other girl locked up her room.
"Oh heavens, she wore the one-piece after all..." Chiaki tsk'ed and shook her head.
"Stubborn thing, I'll give 'er that much," Akaya agreed, rolling her eyes.
Aida resisted the urge to roll her eyes at the two of them and instead settled for turning toward Matsuri, a broad smile on her face.
"Alright, just stick with me and we'll be there in no time!" Aida proclaimed, tugging the other girl out of the hotel at a relatively quick pace. "Hee, this is going to be such fun~!"

Matsuri stumbled a little as Aida pulled on her. But she realized something. "Did you invite..." she meant to add her sensei's name, but fear that he might actually hear stopped her from saying it completely. "He's in the same hotel." she whispered softly. In her mind she hoped that it would just be a day at the beach, the inpending doom of what might happen was weighing on her mind.

"I left him a note where he's sure to find it~!" Aida chirped, grinning broadly- after all, it'd be hard for anyone to miss the message hovering over the Kazekage's worktable in bright red smoke that wouldn't dissipate. "Don't worry..!" She added, and beamed. "It'll all work out!"

"Though if all else fails, you could always just creep him out so bad he pretends she's his girlfriend to get rid of ya~!" Akaya said, and Chiaki snickered.

"I doubt he could, I mean... he's got no reason to be picky about the kinda girl that hits on him..!"

Chiaki! Aida gasped, sounding appalled. That's... well, it's not very nice..!

The back yard of the inn was a rather enjoyable place for one to relax the mind, even when the mind was being constantly invaded by a parasite wishing nothing more than the death of the ones the young Kage had cared for most. He would spend hours sitting in he grass, feeling the cool Konoha breeze rustle through his hair, the suns rays bright to his eyes. Sometimes it was better to take the time to meditate, to reflect on much especially of recent events and feelings, odd ones. instead of spending all of his time with his nose tipped to a scroll.

He had shifted from his place to stand, his bare feet gripping the dark blades of green grass between his toes. Closing his eyes briefly to take in the hot sun on his face, the gentle gusts that passed over him in a sign of contempt, and perhaps even... relaxation. It was a joy to be in such a place, so lush and colorful, far more so than the desert. But Gaara's heart still remained in Suna as his one and only true home, one he had missed since his first steps in the leaf village.

Not realizing what the note had said or that her sensei was worrying for her safety, Matsuri and Aida were having a lovely time at the beach. She could feel the white sands underneath her toes as she pushed her feet into them farther. It wasn't coarse and brown. It was soft sand. But it was the water that attracted her attention. Pushing her feet farther, a thin layer of water coated them.

They were at the beach somewhat early, but the lack of others there slightly dampened her spirits. At least it wasn't awkward, that was at least good. She looked fondly over at Aida, who seemed almost in a conversation with herself again or those weirdo spirits. Maybe she was just concentrating too hard on something. Hopefully not the plan she was about to enact, Matsuri thought to herself.

Sighing heavily she pushed her head back into the sand and decided to fall asleep. If Aida-san needs me, she can wake me up. Matsuri thought to herself, she didn't want to think of Aida's scheming before falling asleep.

Aida in the meantime, settled on a large beach blanket recovered from Niwa, laying that out and then retrieving the baskets of food she'd packed, laying everything out, humming cheerfully the whole while, wondering whether her batteries would run out if she listened to her music until more people started showing up.

Sleeping wasn't working. Relaxing wasn't completely working either. All she could think about while her toes dug into the sand was the plans that Aida was making and had finally put into action. Matsuri drummed her fingers after shielding her face with her arms ( ... )

..... ARE YOU JUST GOING TO SIT HERE!? PUNISH THEM FOR LIEING!?The deep husky roar of the sand beast bounced the walls of his skull, it was true he was rather irritated that they would do such a thing just to have him come out and spend some time away from his work. Yes, it wasn't as though they could just... ask him to come, undoubtedly he would have felt more than uncomfortable wit the offer, let alone actually going with them ( ... )

....Someone..was on a tree not far from her comfortable perch...

Okay, now Yukiji really suspected Matsuri and her companion did something. Turning her head briefly, she thought she saw the Kazekage on a tree branch...she hoped he realized she had nothing to do with this.

She kept quiet, staring at the endless sea, with the assumption that the Kazekage didn't exactly want them to know of his appearance.

Matsuri turned her head slightly to the side in question.

"Yukiji-chan! Come down and hang out." Matsuri called.

She didn't realize her teacher approach. Matsuri was poking Aida for awhile now, and she realized that she was getting no response.

Black hair shook, purple eyes glancing at Matsuri. The tree was much, much nicer than sitting on sand, and since she wasn't exactly properly outfitted for the sandy habitat, she didn't want to ruin her attire. In this case, it meant having to brush sand off her pants.

She leapt off anyway, leaning against the tree, fiddling with her weapon out of habit.

Reaching up to rub his temples Gaara found himself in another headache this time not only from Shukaku, but from the annoying voice of the Aida girls inner-self. It was true he felt irritated when he first arrived seeing the girls dressed for swimming and Matsuri not in any kind of danger that caused him to drop everything to save her. But he found it rather entraining way of getting him out and doing things with people his own age.

He let a small huff pass his lips as he shifted from his spot against the tree and leaped down next the two sitting in the sand. His arms crossed over his chest in a stern uptight manner.

"relax." He told Aida, in a calm tone casting a brief glance to his student.

Yukiji glanced at Matsuri in the water, and was glad she was in ninja attire. "Kazekage-sama",she greeted quietly,"Need help with paperwork?"

She added as an afterthought,"Matsuri's training on my side has been going fine. Combined teaching seems a good idea, if you agree." She was of the opinion two people teaching at one time seemed okay, but she would just observe, of course...

She stood up, brushing off sand, and leant against 'her' tree, glancing at Matsuri again as well.

Shifting a glance to the small med ninja, he dare not say anything. No one in their right mind would want to do paperwork, not to mention no one was allowed to read them but him following his signature. Watching her noting the rather smug way she had fell proud of herself even having done much of nothing in regards to teaching his student.

Taking a step past her closer to the shore line to watch the gentle crash of the small waves rush to the sandy beach side, his feet burring into the white sands. Finding himself calm and quiet to the sound of nature that had surrounded him, taking a deep breath of fresh clean air before reopening pale aqua orbs to scale the distant stretch of the rippling water. It was nice here, he had felt like he should have come with less fuss than he would have. Even taking a moment to take a seat along the edge of the water in silence, eyes squinting over to block out the bright rays of sun.

Matsuri cleared her throat a little, and decided to change the conversation. His expression didn't look happy. She plastered the smile back on her face, trying to wipe away the confusion.

"So, um, Gaara-sensei... do you, um... want to... swim?" What type of swim party was this. But she could feel her heart in her chest, wondering when Aida was going to enact some crazy plan that she had. "Onee-chan doesn't want to swim." she said, frowning slightly.

Temari walked on the beach enjoying the feeling of sand underneath her feet. She was wearing a black bikini while carrying a small box of ice and drinks. She smiled watching Gaara and Matsuri but noticed that Matsuri was looking uncomfortable. It took all of her will power not to interfere. Let the boy handle it on his own. He can do it...I hope. Temari plopped herself down not bothering to spread a towel or anything. Not that she would admit it, but she missed the feel of sand.
"What's up, Aida-san?" She asked trying to ignore the two confused sandnin in the water.

"No, I am not mad. Just irritated a little, I'm sure I'll get over it." He responded Aida in his usual quiet flat toned voice, lifting his head to peer out at his student half submerged in the calm waters.

"I'm not hungry just yet, perhaps later." Allowing himself to lean resting his back to the sand, closing his dark sockets over as if to magnify the feel of relaxation coursing through his body.

..... Just a little of her blood, just to show your irritation for the whole thing...give her what she deserves.

Turning his cheek to the side, watching as Temari had approached at Aida's side wearing.... he shut his eyes again, casting his gaze from her exposed flesh.

why do they need to wear stuff like that....

.... You are ridiculously stupid if you don't know why.

He let a huff of air pass his lips silently, as his prompted knees swayed back and forth slowly. His fingers found kneading along the fine grains between them in a therapeutic rhythm.

"Oh... alright..." She said, and then turned to greet Temari with a bright smile. "Temari-san, hello! How are you? I'm glad you decided to come- I was worried no one would..!"

She leaned closer to the blonde and her smile turned devious.

"Did Matsuri-san mention anything about The Plan~?" She asked, putting down the basket, though not without grabbing a rice ball out of it.

Temari snorted, "Yeah, I've think she's mentioned it." More like mentioned how terrified she was but still, it was a cute idea. Matsuri was a nice girl and less rabid than Gaara's fan girls.

"So, what are you planning to do, exactly?"
