Hmmmm. There’s been talk about overturning Roe vs. Wade. I don’t know who started that shit *cough*fuckingcockherdingmedia!*cough*, but since there’s still chatter about amending the constitution for lots of stupid reasons, I’ve got a few ideas of my own.

100 people will deleted during the season finale of LJ Survivor, which is also the day I unveil my identity to the entire world. The trouble is that I have a photo I want to post, but I don’t have a scanner. It sucks because I just want to get it over with (and am running out of people to delete). Also, I’ve got two other entries I have yet to post since I’d like to avoid LJ over-saturation, so I’m not completely done. And when I say I’m leaving, I mean becoming like a phoenix that rises from the ashes. Except there are no ashes, and I’m not a phoenix. It’s a metaphor.

Evidence? We don't need no stinking evidence. rabababa November 10 2004, 14:48:09 UTC
The judge in the Scott Peterson case did give the dynamite charge and did replace one juror with an alternate. Good predictions. The new juror sounds like a hippie, so I doubt the prosecution is any better off.

The prosecution has to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The loophole is that circumstantial evidence is still evidence; and reliable circumstantial evidence is enough to justify a guilty verdict. Plenty of innocent people have been executed based on circumstantial evidence. Guilty ones, too.

I love your constitutional amendments. Remember when I said the quality of your lj posts is uneven? This is a very good one. Don't quit now.

Thanks Mr. Rab.

I was pretty shocked to learn about ANOTHER juror being dismissed, especially because it was the foreman. Either way you look at it, this is good for the defense since it appears that the entire jury is being slowly tainted. The longer they are sequestered, the more they get homesick -- meaning they will probably end up with a mistrial. As for the people who are convicted on account of circumstantial evidence -- unless it’s something like embezzlement, or tax evasion, I really don’t see a reason why circumstantial evidence should lead to a murder conviction (and perhaps the death penalty) if something is only implied. But then again, I’ve never been on a jury before so I can only speak from what I’ve experienced on television.

I've come to the conclusion that I want to work at the new Bed Bath and Beyond nearby.

Tell them you want to get paid off of commission, and I’ll totally buy all my bath and beauty supplies from you. Ugh…did I say beauty supplies? I meant hair product.

A girl knifed me with her fingernails at a GlassJAw concert once. I can take the pain, but please try not to draw too much blood. I might faint. We'll go over the whole "leaving" thing soon, it's not forever...

I just feel like I’m starting to repeat myself, and I don’t want to post for the sake of posting. Plus, I’m getting old and I’m running out of things to say haha. So long as world leaders keep kicking the bucket, I might have some commentary.
