Making friends was hard for me but I think once you get used to it, it'll be a lot nicer. I felt like in high school it was really hard to make NEW friends, you know, and when I started any kind of relationship with someone there was always that baggage of how we treated each other in middle school, etc. But at college, nobody assumes anything. You're just yourself and people will like you for that. It's been really good for me to try to get to know new people. Just to throw that out there...if it makes you feel any better.
