I'm back from the Olympic Triathlon. It was AWESOME, apart from that part where I almost barfed after a sprint to the finish.
So more details later, but I think for now my task will be to learn more about race nutrition. Yikes!

2) what do you wear to the race, do you wear your swimsuit all the time?
3) do you run with your biking shorts on or bike with your running shorts?
