So the half-marathon was not so great. I was keeping with my intended pace for about...oh, 5k? I had hoped to keep it around 5:30 kilometers for the first 10k, and finish up around 6:00 kilometers. I had to go down to 6:00 after only 5k, and at that same time my knee started hurting and didn't let up the whole race. I couldn't run up, or down
